HR Officer (Recruitment & HR Operations)

We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Officer (Recruitment & HR Operations) to support the day-to-day HR function, including recruitment, employee administration, and office coordination.
The role combines responsibilities across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and basic Office Management, supporting the smooth running of the company’s people processes.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on environment and wants to be involved in multiple aspects of HR.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across the company
- Publish job ads, source candidates, and screen applications
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS records
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist in employer branding and job posting optimization
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Prepare employment documents, contracts, and HR forms
- Assist with payroll preparation by collecting relevant data
- Monitor employee leave, absences, and HR systems
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations
Office Management & Administration
- Support daily office operations and coordination
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
- Assist with travel arrangements and meeting coordination
- Support internal events, team activities, and company initiatives
- Help maintain a positive and organized working environment
General HR Support
- Assist HR Manager / Management with various HR projects
- Support performance review and employee engagement processes
- Help improve internal HR procedures and workflows
- Provide general administrative support to the HR function
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or HR Administration
- Experience handling recruitment processes is required
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and employee administration
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Experience with ATS or HR systems is a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience in tech / digital / iGaming / corporate environment
- Experience with payroll support or HRIS systems
- Experience with office management or administration
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
