Store & Operations Manager (TCG & Sports Cards)

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Store & Operations Manager to take full ownership of the day-to-day operations of a fast-growing business in the Trading Card Games (TCG) and Sports Cards industry.

This role combines operations, product management, and content/community involvement, making it ideal for someone who understands both retail execution and digital culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store and overall business activities
• Propose product assortment, quantities, and purchasing strategy
• Coordinate with suppliers and partners to execute purchases based on management direction
• Develop and manage a product promotion calendar
• Maintain and organize a structured supplier & inventory database
• Monitor and support the e-commerce store (e-shop) operations

Content & Community

• Support and help structure the streamers program & schedule
• Participate in live streams when required (ad hoc basis)
• Contribute ideas and direction for social media content
• Assist in building and growing the brand’s online community (Discord, Instagram, TikTok)

Operations Support

• Handle shipping & receiving processes (customers & suppliers)
• Manage payments, expenses, and operational tasks
• Additional Responsibilities
• Represent the brand at events, conventions, and fairs (optional, based on interest)
