Position Overview
We are looking for responsible, alert, and service-oriented team members to join our 24/7 Monitoring Center in Athens.
This position is ideal for students and graduates who want to gain practical experience in a cutting-edge technology environment, working with CCTV systems, IoT platforms, monitoring tools, and customer support operations.
As a Monitoring Center Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients’ systems by monitoring live alerts, supervising connected devices, supporting customers, and coordinating responses when required.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and supervise CCTV systems and video surveillance platforms in real time
• Monitor IoT devices, sensors, and connected systems through dedicated management platforms
• Identify, escalate, and document alerts, incidents, and system anomalies
• Provide first-line customer support via phone, email, and digital platforms
• Coordinate with technical teams, field teams, and service providers when needed
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, events, and actions taken during each shift• Follow operational procedures and escalation protocols to ensure service continuity
• Support ongoing system performance monitoring and operational reporting
• Contribute to maintaining a high standard of service in a 24/7 operational environment
Requirements
• Students, recent graduates, or candidates with a first academic degree
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to stay focused during shifts
• Good computer and digital system skills
• Ability to work in a shift-based 24/7 environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays when required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Previous experience in monitoring, customer support, security operations, technical support, or control room environments – an advantage, but not mandatory
