Digital Performance Analyst
Role Overview
We are looking for a Web / Digital Analyst with hands-on experience in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to monitor and improve website and campaign performance.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure accurate data tracking and translate analytics into actionable insights that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage tracking through Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Monitor and analyze data via Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Build dashboards and performance reports (e.g. Looker Studio)
- Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and traffic sources
- Provide actionable insights for improving UX, content, and campaigns
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and tech teams
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Web or Digital Analytics
- Strong knowledge of GA4 and GTM
- Familiarity with Looker Studio or similar BI tools
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
- Good understanding of digital marketing flows (SEO, Paid, CRO, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills in English
Nice to Have
- Experience with SQL / BigQuery / Python for data analysis
- Understanding of attribution models and campaign tracking
- Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or Computer Science
