KYC Officer – onsite – Athens

We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic KYC Officer to join our

gaming operations with precision and passion.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD).
• Reviewing and examining customers documentation, such as identity documents, proof of address documents and proof of payment methods ownership to ensure compliance with KYC requirements.
• Assessing and analyzing customer transactions and activity patterns to identify potential money laundering or suspicious activities.
• Investigating and resolving any discrepancies or inconsistencies in customer information or documentation.
• Collaborating with internal teams, such as support, compliance, fraud and risk.
• Keeping up-to-date with changes in KYC regulations and guidelines.
• Utilizing relevant technology systems and software for KYC processes.

Skills & Experience required:

• Experience in a similar due diligence focused role.
• Knowledge of KYC procedures, policies & processes.
• Passion for exploring the intricacies of a challenging operational environment, and enthusiasm for engaging in KYC procedures, transaction monitoring, and similar tasks
• Strong analytical mindset.
• A proven problem solver with in-depth research skills to ensure accuracy & understanding of the purpose.
• A critical thinker with the highest standard of attention to detail.
• Strong administrative & organization skills.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills – in both Greek and English.
