We are seeking a dynamic professional for the role of Video Content Team Support, responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of video productions and live streams across our media platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Video Editors, Streamers, Moderators, and the Marketing team to ensure that content meets our quality standards and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the planning and management of video content distribution across various media channels (YouTube, Twitch, etc.).
• Contribute to the development of content strategies, ensuring a comprehensive approach across all platforms.
• Analyze and act upon audience data and performance analytics to optimize content.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver video content of the highest standard.
• Monitor and report on industry trends and emerging content formats.
Requirements:
• Extensive knowledge of media platforms, particularly Twitch, YouTube, and Discord.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams and evaluate performance.• Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to develop new content ideas or adapt existing ones.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support within the iGaming industry.
