We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our team.

About the Role:

As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for collaborating with  a team of developers in the creation and continuous evolution of a streaming platform focused on the iGaming sector. You will be the key decision-maker for the product roadmap, guiding the team to deliver innovative solutions that cater to our users, including gamers, streamers, and the iGaming community. With a deep understanding of both the iGaming landscape and modern streaming technologies, you’ll ensure that our platform stands out in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the product roadmap for a streaming platform focused on iGaming, ensuring alignment with company vision and goals.
• Lead a team of developers, working closely with designers, UX/UI experts, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality streaming features.
• Collaborate with iGaming specialists to ensure that platform functionalities meet the needs of the iGaming audience, such as integrating betting features, real-time interaction, and monetization options.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation, design, and development to launch, ensuring smooth execution of all stages.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis, especially focusing on platforms like Twitch and Kick.com, to identify and prioritize features that enhance user experience.
• Define clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development team’s work.
• Balance technical constraints with business needs, ensuring the product is both technically feasible and strategically sound.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to ensure timely delivery and alignment with the roadmap.
• Track key performance metrics and use data-driven insights to make product adjustments and improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably with experience in streaming platforms, gaming, or iGaming.
• Strong understanding of the iGaming industry, with a deep knowledge of online betting and gaming environments.
• Hands-on experience in overseeing the development of streaming platforms or other live video applications is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with platforms like Twitch or Kick.com and knowledge of their core features, such as real-time interaction, live chat, and monetization.
• Experience working in Agile environments, with a solid grasp of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for the development team.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with a track record of delivering complex digital products on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and align diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and product improvements.
