Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Develop and implement customer lifecycle strategies, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business goals

• Build and manage customer lifecycles and automations to support personalized and automated CRM campaigns• Create, manage, and analyze customer lists for accurate segmentation and targeted marketing efforts

• Collaborate with the marketing campaign team to develop promotions, incentives, and events that drive customer engagement and retention

• Create customer engagement templates and user journeys to nurture leads, and conversions, and support new business acquisition and retention sales revenue targets

• Regularly monitor customer data to uncover insights, trends, and patterns

• Configure and manage CRM systems to support various marketing initiatives and campaigns

• Develop and maintain a test-and-learn roadmap to drive continuous improvement in CRM strategies

• Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to enhance marketing strategies and customer experiences.

 

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM management, preferably in a senior or specialist role

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry

• Strong understanding of CRM systems, tools, and best practices

• Εxperience in using Smartico or Fast Track would be an advantage

• Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, with experience in generating and interpreting CRM reports

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal

• Ability to work on weekends depending on business requirements
