Senior Affiliate Manager – Limassol

🔍 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry
✅ Strong sales and negotiation skills
✅ Deep understanding of the iGaming ecosystem and affiliate marketing models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, Fixed Fee)
✅ Fluent in English—both written and verbal
✅ Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
✅ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work to tight deadlines
✅ Comfortable representing the company at exhibitions, events, and networking opportunities
✅ Demonstrated success in managing affiliate partnerships across key markets, including:
UK, Netherlands, DACH region, Nordics, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Canada, New Zealand, Slovakia, Ireland, Greece, Italy, France, Australia, Spain, Middle East, Portugal, LATAM
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage and grow relationships with existing affiliates via email, phone, and forums to maximize performance and revenue
🔹 Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners
🔹 Negotiate optimal commercial terms and deal structures
🔹 Monitor campaign performance and ensure affiliates deliver positive ROI
🔹 Manage affiliate budgets and ensure timely payments and invoicing
🔹 Provide regular reporting and performance insights to senior stakeholders
🔹 Collaborate with internal marketing, creative, and tech teams to ensure effective campaign delivery
🔹 Support the creation of content, promotions, and tournaments to maintain affiliate engagement
🔹 Stay current with affiliate marketing best practices, tools, and compliance standards
🔹 Represent the company at industry events, expos, and partner meetings
