are looking for a driven and experienced Recruiter to help our efforts.
Role Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing high-calibre marketing professionals into roles within the digital, technology, and iGaming sectors. From SEO specialists to growth hackers, from CRM managers to performance marketers—you’ll be their go-to recruiter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for digital marketing roles (both agency and in-house).
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and hiring managers.
- Source candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent pools, referrals).
- Screen and assess candidate suitability through interviews and marketing knowledge checks.
- Provide consultative market insights to clients on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create job ads, recruitment strategies, and candidate marketing plans.
- Maintain a high standard of candidate experience and communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in digital marketing or digital/creative sectors.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and roles.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Drive & Autonomy: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Tools: Familiarity with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques.
