We are hiring an Operations Manager to lead an innovative sports betting project. You will be responsible for overseeing content operations, driving team performance, and aligning cross-functional efforts across marketing, product, and CRM.

As the Operations Manager, you will lead a team of Content Specialists and Pro Tipsters, ensuring delivery of high-quality, engaging, and strategic content. This role requires strong project ownership, strategic thinking, and familiarity with the betting industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the TIP creation and content production processes
• Own and manage the website’s content creation processes
• Monitor published content to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Develop and oversee the CRM strategy for engagement and retention
• Collaborate with Marketing & Product teams to define and execute growth strategies
• Manage relationships and performance of Pro Tipsters
• Represent the project in live YouTube shows and community initiatives
• Lead and mentor a team of 2 content professionals

• Knowledge of sports betting is a must
• Ability to work autonomously, make fast decisions, and handle
• Comfortable with shift-based and weekend work when needed (6 days unexpected challenges per week)
