Customer Support Agent – onsite

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to ensure our players receive a world- class customer support experience.
Responsibilities:
- Providing support to customers in our Greek market by phone calls, email and live chats.
- Identifying clients’ needs to emphasize and proactively propose solutions.
- Put a key focus on customer expectations and satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Customer Support team to identify areas of improvement and implement robust solutions.
- 24-hour coverage with 8-hour shifts
Skills & Experience required
- Native Greek language skills, whilst also proficient in English language at a business level.
- Ability to identify various customer problems and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- A multi-tasker who can competently deliver high standards of service.
- A team player who will help build a cohesive working environment within the team.
