We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Content and Customer Support Specialist to join our expanding team as part of an exciting new initiative. In this role, you will be an integral member of our content division, responsible for the creation, management, and optimization of sports betting tips (TIPs) and insights across multiple markets.

As a Content Specialist, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and contribute to the accuracy, consistency, and overall quality of TIPs accessed daily by thousands of sports betting users. This position requires a structured, analytical mindset and a strong understanding of sports and betting markets.

In addition to content responsibilities, you will play an active role in overseeing the social media presence of multiple Tipsters. This includes assisting with content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and the moderation of social platforms. Familiarity with social media best practices, trends, and analytics will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and publish daily sports betting TIPs in line with established guidelines.
• Ensure high standards of accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all content
• Assist in managing content calendars, workflows, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and Pro Tipsters to ensure strategic alignment.
• Monitor performance metrics and proactively identify quality issues.
• Stay informed on sports news, events, and betting market developments.
• Support content-related activities across CRM, social media channels, and YouTube as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of sports and betting markets (essential).
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong writing and editing skills.
• Ability to follow structured workflows and editorial processes.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends (rotational schedule).
• Familiarity with social media management and community engagement is a strong plus.
